Contractors.Directory (operated by Go Quickly International Inc.) is building an AI-powered operating platform for contractors. We help contractors and service businesses win more work through Facebook lead generation and AI voice follow-up. We're hiring Appointment Setters, Cold Callers and Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to start conversations with business owners and book qualified sales appointments.
What you'll do:
Make outbound cold calls to contractors and small business owners
Follow up quickly on inbound and warm leads from our ad campaigns
Qualify prospects and book appointments on our calendar
Handle objections professionally and keep conversations moving
Log every call, note and outcome in the CRM (GoHighLevel)
Hit daily and weekly targets for calls, conversations and booked appointments
Work closely with our closers and give feedback on scripts and lead quality
Compensation:
Base salary plus uncapped commission on booked appointments and closed deals. Fully remote.
