About DARQ Technologies

Heather AI is building a centralized healthcare platform designed to improve continuity of care by enabling healthcare providers to securely access patient history across institutions.

We have already built our MVP and are entering the next phase of our journey: validation, growth, partnerships, and market expansion.

We are looking for a founding team member who can help take Heather AI from product to market.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Growth & Go-to-Market Co-Founder to lead commercial strategy, partnerships, customer acquisition, and business development efforts.

This role is ideal for someone who is excited about building in the healthcare space, understands the realities of the Nigerian market, and is willing to commit to a long-term mission.

You will work closely with the technical founding team to shape the company's growth strategy, commercial success, and long-term vision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute DARQ Technology's go-to-market strategy.

• Drive customer acquisition and early growth initiatives.

• Build relationships with hospitals, healthcare providers, insurers, and strategic partners.

• Lead sales conversations, partnership discussions, and pilot opportunities.

• Contribute to fundraising, investor conversations, and business planning when required.

• Define growth metrics and establish repeatable acquisition processes.

• Help shape company strategy alongside the founding team.

Highly Valued Experience

We strongly encourage applicants with any of the following backgrounds:

• Previous experience founding, building, or scaling a startup (especially in Nigeria).

• Experience in healthcare, healthtech, insurance, or other regulated industries.

• B2B sales, partnerships, customer acquisition, or go-to-market leadership.

• Experience taking products from MVP to market.

• Technical experience (software engineering, product, or technical leadership). While this is not required for the role, candidates with technical backgrounds who are passionate about growth and company building are highly encouraged to apply.
