• Identify customer needs and overcome objections with professionalism and patience

• Meet or exceed daily call targets and conversion metrics

• Follow company scripts and guidelines while adapting communication style to different prospects

• Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer concerns

Required Qualifications

• Clear and natural accent with excellent spoken English proficiency

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Quick learner capable of absorbing product knowledge and sales techniques rapidly

• Proven ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Comfortable using computer systems and telephony software
