About the role
This is an inbound role. You’ll create the content that brings the right people to Betternship, then follow up and convert those who reach out into paying trainees and qualified employer leads. Most of your time goes to content, and you’ll also be the person who turns interest into payment.
What you’ll do
Create content across platforms that attracts the right audience
Shoot on-camera videos and brief the editor
Write copy that gets people to act
Build email and WhatsApp follow-up that moves leads to payment
Respond to inquiries and convert interested prospects
Deliver paying trainees and qualified employer leads
Who you are
Comfortable on camera and a clear, persuasive writer
You understand what makes people stop scrolling and take action
Confident on calls and chats, and able to guide a conversation to a decision without being pushy
Organised enough to follow up consistently across email and WhatsApp
Motivated by results, not just output
Nice to have
Experience marketing courses, training programmes or B2B services
Familiarity with email tools and WhatsApp Business
