QUALIFICATIONS & TECHNICAL SKILLS • LLM & Agent Frameworks: Hands-on experience with LangGraph, LangChain, or equivalent orchestration frameworks. • Python Scripting: Proficiency in writing scripts to build test harnesses, run evaluations, and automate experimentation. • RAG & Memory Management: Practical understanding of retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, short/long-term memory, and tool/function calling. • Analytical & Testing Mindset: Ability to define test scenarios, debug failure modes, and iterate on agent performance. • Client Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain technical behavior to non-technical stakeholders.
