Creative Producer (AI-Powered Video Production)

We’re looking for a highly creative and execution-driven Creative Producer who understands how to create content people actually stop for.

Someone who can take ideas from concept to execution, from strategy, scripting, and storytelling to shooting, editing, VFX, and final delivery.

This role is for someone who can create both viral short-form content and full-scale productions that are visually strong, culturally relevant, and commercially effective.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead end-to-end production for digital content, campaigns, and branded projects
• Develop trendy, engaging, and high-performing content ideas for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
• Handle scripting, storyboarding, directing, shooting, editing, and final production delivery
• Create strong visual storytelling using VFX, motion graphics, transitions, and premium editing styles
• Use AI tools like Seedance, Runway, Synthesia, Pika, Descript, CapCut AI and similar platforms to improve speed, creativity, and production quality
• Stay ahead of trends, audience behavior, and content formats that drive virality and engagement
• Work on both short-form content and long-form productions including campaigns, interviews, documentaries, and branded storytelling
• Contribute to revenue-generating content opportunities including branded content and partnerships

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 4+ years experience in content production, creative production, or video production
• Strong background in production leadership, not just editing
• Excellent knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, and other editing tools
• Strong VFX and motion design knowledge
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered content creation tools, especially Seedance and similar advanced production platforms
• Deep understanding of social media trends, audience retention, and content performance
• A strong portfolio that shows both creativity and production depth
