Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company's technology vision, roadmap, and architecture strategy

• Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions

• Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of technologies including React, Node.js, Python, JavaScript, Java, and SQL databases

• Establish best practices for software development, security, scalability, and code quality standards

• Collaborate with C-level executives to align technical decisions with business objectives and drive organizational growth

• Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on competitive positioning

• Build and foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence within the engineering team

Required Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of proven experience as a technical leader or senior developer with strong knowledge of programming languages including JavaScript, Python, and Java

• Demonstrated expertise with modern technologies such as React, Node.js, SQL databases, and related development frameworks

• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software development projects from conception to production

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities with the capacity to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments

• Strong leadership and team management experience with a talent for building and developing high-performing engineering teams

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)

• Relevant industry certifications in technology leadership, cloud architecture, or software development are a plus
