Role Overview: Skybil is looking for a DevOps Engineering Instructor to lead our comprehensive DevOps and Cloud Infrastructure track. In this long-term revenue-sharing partnership (contractor/freelancer), you will be responsible for mentoring the next generation of cloud and infrastructure professionals, helping them build real-world corporate simulated projects, and mastering the core domains required for modern software delivery and infrastructure automation workflows.

Core Focus Areas

Infrastructure as Code (IaC) & Provisioning: Mastering tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible to automate environment setup and infrastructure management.
CI/CD Pipelines & Automation: Building robust continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or ArgoCD.
Containerization & Orchestration: Deploying and managing scalable applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and container registries.
Cloud Platforms & Site Reliability: Managing cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP), monitoring, logging, alerting, and implementing site reliability engineering (SRE) best practices.

Requirements

3yrs+ Technical Mastery: Expert in DevOps engineering, cloud infrastructure, container orchestration, and CI/CD frameworks and tooling. Clear Communicator: Ability to simplify and teach complex technical infrastructure concepts. Growth Mindset: Motivated by a 25%–40% revenue-share business model. Pro Setup: High-performance laptop, stable internet, and quality recording gear.
