Our client is seeking an experienced Finance and Admin Manager to build, maintain, and oversee a robust financial and administrative structure. This position is a departmental leadership role responsible for ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, financial accuracy, and strong administrative support across the organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, well-versed in financial regulations, and experienced in supporting manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
Work closely with the Plant Manager and department leads to prepare the annual business plan and operational budget.
Manage and monitor company expenditures to ensure alignment with budgetary controls.
Develop, implement, and maintain standardized financial and administrative procedures.
Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Coordinate and support all external financial audits.
Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely tax filings in line with regulatory requirements.
Oversee administrative and HR functions, including recruitment, leave administration, and employee engagement.
Identify and resolve finance and administrative-related challenges to enhance operational performance.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, statutory requirements, and internal controls.
