Fulfilment & Logistics Lead at Mayluv World, Sangotedo, Lagos State.

Ø  Assign fulfillment tasks and supervise daily execution.

Ø  Coordinate deliveries (both intrastate and interstate).

Ø  Schedule product installations within Lagos.

Ø  Manage high-standard packaging and crating processes.

Ø  Handle returns, exchanges, and claims with third-party logistics vendors.

Ø  Coordinate inventory and stock movement from the warehouse to the showroom.

Ø  Oversee showroom pickups and final customer handovers.

Ø  Submit structured weekly fulfillment reports to the Operations Manager.

Ø  Manage strategic vendor relationships for regional deliveries and packaging materials.

Ø  Ensure customer orders are fulfilled seamlessly without delays or damages.
