Our client, an NGO that empowers retired and semi-retired adults through lifelong learning, knowledge sharing, and social connection is building a high-performance fundraising unit for our client. This is a revenue-driving role focused on capital mobilization, not a support function.
They are looking for 10 proven closers who have access to HNIs, corporates and institutional partners with a track record of moving significant funds and delivering under pressure. This role is for operators who understand targets, pipelines, and execution. This is a 90-day role and you will be paid based on commision on how much you raise during this time.
Role Description
Raise capital from HNIs, corporates, and institutional partners
Close sponsorships and funding deals
Build and manage a strong, active pipeline
Engage senior decision-makers across sectors
Execute within a structured 90-day fundraising cycle
Contribute to a high-performance, target-driven team
Compensation & Structure
20–25% commission on deals closed
5–10% override for team leads

Phase 1 (Days 1–14):
Onboard 5–7 proven closers
Phase 2 (Days 14–30):
Scale team through referrals and network expansion
