QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong foundation in visual design, including graphics and graphic design fundamentals

• Experience in logo design and branding, able to create and maintain consistent brand identities

• Proficiency in typography and layout design for digital and marketing materials

• Proficiency in Photoshop and CorelDRAW or Adobe Illustrator

• Strong portfolio demonstrating ad creatives, social media design, brochures, and/or brand identity work clean, modern design across digital channels

• A sharp eye for aesthetics, layout, typography, and color able to produce work that looks premium and intentional

• Ability to take marketing briefs and translate them into visuals independently, with minimal back-and-forth

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with remote, cross-functional teams • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize multiple projects, and deliver high-quality work within deadlines

• Familiarity with tech or education sectors, and interest in AI and modern digital trends, is a strong plus

• Experience designing for edtech, SaaS, or online education brands is a strong plus

• Experience with motion graphics or short-form video editing is a strong plus..

The Opportunity
We are hiring a Graphic Designer to own all visual design at Ayonaire Academy. From marketing ad creatives to social media content, brochures, webinar slides, and our brand identity, you will be the person who makes sure Ayonaire looks as excellent as it teaches.

This is a creative ownership role, not a "make it pretty" role. You'll work closely with the marketing team to translate strategy and messaging into visuals that convert, inform, and build trust in the Ayonaire brand.

What You'll Own:

1. Marketing & Social Media Design
   • Design marketing ad creatives (static and carousel) for paid and organic campaigns • Design social media fliers, single posts and multi-slide carousels across platforms • Ensure every design reflects Ayonaire's standard of excellence and stays on-brand

2. Brand & Collateral Design
   • Design brochures, one-pagers, and other marketing collateral
   • Design webinar slide decks that are visually engaging and easy to follow
   • Design and maintain Ayonaire's logo and broader visual identity system

3. Collaboration
   • Attend regular meetings with the marketing team to align on campaign goals, messaging, and creative direction
   • Turn rough briefs, ideas, or copy into polished, aesthetically pleasing visual assets
   • Iterate quickly based on feedback from the marketing and leadership team
