Drugstore.ng is an online pharmacy serving customers across Nigeria. We make it faster and safer to get genuine medication — through our own platform and through a growing network of partner pharmacies, telemedicine providers and health organisations.

About the role

This is a partnerships role with a wide remit and very little hand-holding. You will own the relationships that make Drugstore.ng bigger: which pharmacies join us, which telemedicine providers plug into the platform, which HMOs cover our customers, and which funders, sponsors and stages we show up on. You'll report directly to the CEO.

What you'll own

• Pharmacy network — identify, pitch, onboard and keep active the pharmacies that stock and fulfil through us

• Telemedicine partnerships — bring telehealth providers onto the platform and make the commercials work for both sides

• HMO relationships — negotiate and manage coverage arrangements with health maintenance organisations and insurers

• Grants and funding — find, write and submit grant, sponsorship and non-dilutive funding applications; own the deadlines and the follow-up

• Representation — pitch Drugstore.ng at conferences, demo days, industry events and partner meetings

• Growth — watch sign-ups, activation, retention and revenue per partner, and change what isn't working

You'll do well here if

• You've built a partner network from nothing and can tell us the numbers — how many you signed, how many were still active at six months, and why the quiet ones went quiet

• You've asked an institution for something big and got it

• You're comfortable being the only person on the partnerships side

This is probably not for you if

• Your experience is inbound sales, account management, customer success or renewals on accounts someone else won

• You've never built something from zero

• You want a defined territory, a lead list, and a manager checking in daily

Compensation: ₦300,000 – ₦400,000 monthly. (entry level) Remote, Nigeria-based.
