Role Overview
We’re hiring a conversion-focused Growth Marketer to drive qualified leads and turn them into paying clients.
This role is heavily execution-based and tied directly to revenue. You will manage paid acquisition, optimize funnels, and work closely with the sales team to improve conversion at every stage.
If your strength is only content or brand marketing, this role is not a fit.
Key Responsibilities
1. Paid Ads & Lead Generation
Run and optimize ads on Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms
Focus on generating high-quality leads, not just volume
Continuously come up with and test creatives, audiences, and offers
2. Funnel & Conversion Optimization
Build and improve landing pages and lead capture systems
Optimize the full funnel: Ad → Landing Page → Form → Sales Call → Payment
Identify weak points and fix conversion leaks
3. Email & Lead Nurturing
Create automated email sequences to convert inbound leads
Follow up with leads to increase show-up and close rates
Work closely with sales to align messaging
4. Sales Collaboration
Partner with the sales team to improve lead quality and close rates
Ensure smooth handoff from marketing to sales
Use feedback from sales calls to refine campaigns
5. Performance Tracking
Track and improve key metrics: CPL, conversion rates, CAC
Deliver weekly reports with clear insights and actions
Make decisions based on data, not assumptions
Requirements
2–4+ years in performance marketing or growth roles
Strong experience running paid ads with proven results
Deep understanding of funnels and conversion optimization
Experience with email marketing and automation
Ability to work onsite in Ibadan full-time
Highly analytical and results-driven

Consistent flow of qualified inbound leads

Experience in B2B, recruitment, or service-based businesses
Copywriting skills for ads and landing pages
Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools
