1. Oversee the day to day running of hotel, including the bar, kitchen, and restaurant.
2. Manage Operations by ensuring smooth running of front office, housekeeping, Food and Beverage and maintenance to deliver excellent guest experience.
3. Supervise, schedule, and train all operational staff while enforcing service standards and discipline.
4. Monitor F&B costs, room inventory, and expenses to meet revenue and profitability targets. Maintain safety and hygiene standards across all departments.
5. Handle guest complaints promptly and maintain quality service delivery and satisfaction
6. Provide weekly operational and sales reports to Management.
7. Ensure rooms are ready, clean and meet brand standards for check in.
8. Conduct daily property walks to check maintenance, cleanliness and security
9. Monitor daily sales, expenses and cash handling procedures
10. Approve purchase requests for Kitchen, bar, housekeeping, maintenance and stationery
