Job Summary

A skilled Machine Operator to operate packaging and processing machines (Powder & Liquid). The ideal candidate will ensure smooth machine operation, meet daily production targets, and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

* Must Have experience of the Buhler mixer and the SCADA system control during buhler operation

* Must also have the understudy the operation of Nichrome 150 and other machines with deep sense of machine hygiene.

* Operate packaging and processing machines efficiently to meet daily production targets.

* Monitor machine performance and report faults or abnormalities promptly.

* Carry out routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance as scheduled.

* Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.

* Maintain basic production and machine operation records.

* To achieve daily production target with minimum or zero Supervision

* Support continuous improvement and follow company policies and procedures.

* To take ownership of machine operations and ensure compliance with efficiency and maintenance

* The machine operator is responsible to manage machine operations and handle troubleshooting under the supervision of maintenance engineer.

Requirements

* Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Machine Operator in a food or FMCG environment.

* Experience handling powder and liquid packaging machines is an added advantage.

* Good understanding of machine operation, safety practices, and food hygiene.

* Ability to meet production targets with minimal or zero rejection.
