The Marketing Associate will take ownership of the company’s brand presence, oversee marketing campaigns from ideation to execution, generate and manage leads, and use data to guide decision-making. Key Responsibilities
Brand Management and Positioning
Own and manage the company’s brand identity and positioning across all channels
Ensure brand consistency in messaging, visuals, and tone across campaigns and platforms
Strengthen brand visibility and recognition within target markets
Market Research and Analysis
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights
Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to inform strategy
Use insights to refine targeting, messaging, and campaign effectiveness
Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across relevant channels
Coordinate campaign timelines, messaging, and deliverables
Track performance and continuously improve campaign outcomes
Lead Generation and Management
Develop and execute lead generation strategies aligned with business goals
Manage marketing-generated leads and ensure proper tracking and follow-up
Collaborate with sales or leadership to improve lead quality and conversion
Public Relations
Manage public relations activities to enhance company reputation
Coordinate media outreach, partnerships, and brand communications
