Skybil is building an Edtech organization where users can learn job-relevant digital skills & build real corporate simulated projects.

Role Overview

Skybil is looking for experts in mobile architecture to lead our mobile development tracks. This is a long-term revenue-sharing partnership (contractor/freelancer) rather than a traditional salary-based role. You will be responsible for mentoring the next generation of Nigerian developers, building your personal brand as a thought leader, and directly contributing to solving youth unemployment.

Available Teaching Tracks: We are looking to fill the following roles (you may fit for one or more):

Track A: Cross-Platform Specialist

Focus: Building highly performant apps for iOS and Android from a single codebase.
Tech: Flutter & Dart, React Native, or Ionic Framework.

Track B: iOS Native Specialist

Focus: High-end Apple ecosystem development.
Tech: Swift, SwiftUI, and Xcode.

Track C: Android Native Specialist

Focus: Robust Android ecosystem development.
Tech: Kotlin, Android Studio, and Jetpack Compose.

Key Responsibilities

Module Ownership: Deliver high-quality, video-recorded lessons for your specific track.
Project Supervision: Mentor students as they work through simulated corporate projects relevant to your specialty.
Code Review: Provide professional feedback on student submissions to ensure industry-standard coding practices.

Requirements

Strong professional experience in your chosen track (Cross-Platform, iOS, or Android). Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly. Interest in a massive high income performance-based revenue-share model (25% to 40% of track income). Remote-ready setup (Laptop, stable internet, and good audio/video for recording).
