Role Description

The Recruitment Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Ibadan. This position is responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, and coordinating interviews for clients and internal roles. The Recruitment Associate will manage communication with candidates and hiring managers, maintain accurate recruitment records, and ensure a smooth, professional experience throughout the hiring process. Daily tasks include posting job listings, conducting initial candidate assessments, scheduling interviews, and providing timely updates to stakeholders. The role also involves contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and supporting broader talent acquisition initiatives.

• Candidates should possess strong recruiting and hiring skills, with experience supporting end-to-end talent acquisition processes.

• Candidates should possess effective communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with candidates and stakeholders.

• Candidates should possess interviewing and screening skills to assess candidate qualifications and fit against role requirements.

• Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills to handle multiple vacancies and deadlines concurrently.

• Candidates should ideally have familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), basic HR practices, and data entry or reporting.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Ibadan and maintain a professional, inclusive approach to recruitment is beneficial.
