Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to drive the sales and distribution of company products across Modern and Traditional Trade channels in Nigeria, with a focus on building strong customer relationships and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities

* Drive sales growth, identify new business opportunities, and achieve assigned sales targets.

* Develop and manage relationships with supermarkets, beauty stores, pharmacies, retailers, salons, and other trade partners.

* Expand product distribution and improve brand visibility across assigned channels.

* Negotiate shelf space, pricing, promotions, and commercial terms with key accounts.

* Develop effective route-to-market and trade marketing strategies.

* Monitor product availability, pricing, merchandising, and brand execution.

* Manage and support 1–2 direct reports, including setting KPIs and providing coaching.

* Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs.

* Prepare sales reports, forecasts, market updates, and performance analysis for management.

* Maintain accurate customer and market information.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

* 3–5 years’ experience in sales, preferably within FMCG, beauty, cosmetics, luxury retail, or consumer goods.

* Strong knowledge of Nigeria’s retail and distribution landscape.

* Proven experience in Modern and Traditional Trade sales.

* Strong negotiation, communication, relationship management, and analytical skills.

* Ability to lead a small sales team and work with targets.

* Fluency in English and a relevant local language is an advantage.
