They are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Virtual Assistant to help identify potential clients, start conversations, and manage follow-ups across social media platforms.
Research and identify potential business leads that could benefit from AI call automation.
Conduct outbound outreach through LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant social platforms.
Send personalized direct messages to prospective clients.
Follow up consistently with leads until they respond or a meeting is booked.
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and conversations.
Ensure no client messages or inquiries go unanswered.
Respond to incoming inquiries and qualify interested prospects.
Schedule discovery calls and meetings for the founder.
Track outreach performance and provide regular activity reports.
Support lead generation campaigns and other sales-related activities as needed.
Number of qualified leads identified weekly.
Number of outreach messages sent.
Follow-up consistency rate.
Meetings booked for the founder.
Response rate from prospects.
No missed client messages or inquiries.
