Technical Project Manager/Technical Consultant–Fintech Mobile App (Client-Side Oversight)

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager / Technical Consultant to represent our company and oversee the development of a fintech mobile application being built by an external software development agency.

This is a client-side oversight role. The successful candidate will work on behalf of our company, acting as the technical intermediary between management and the development agency.

Management is non-technical, so we need someone who can independently understand and assess the agency’s work, explain technical matters in simple terms, identify risks or problems, challenge the development team where necessary, and ensure that what we are paying for is actually being delivered.

Previous experience managing fintech, payment, wallet, cryptocurrency, KYC or other financial technology applications is strongly preferred.
